InfoWarCon is a great conference! Since the early days of the information age this event has been bringing together thought leaders from across eclectic groups into a dynamic, thought-provoking event designed to help chart the course for the future of information warfare.
For 25 years this collective of thought leaders has helped address cutting edge issues, usually years before others discovered they were issues (for more on that, see the message from Infowarcon founder Winn Schwartau).

From their site:
InfowarCon 18 again plans to unite a highly culled group of political, military, academic, DIYer, and commercial cyber-leaders and thinkers from around the world to examine the current, future, and potential hostile use of cyber and related information technologies and how to neutralize the current ones. Since the initial InfoWarCon in 1994 we have hosted the event in multiple venues across the US and Europe. This year InfoWarCon is from Nov 1-3 at the National Conference Center, Leesburg, VA.
We encourage government, law enforcement, academia, corporations, product vendors, and individuals from all nations to submit papers, presentations, demonstrations, and concepts for presentations to be given at InfowarCon 18 and subsequently published.
