Chris Barnes is Vice President and General Manager of Crucial Point’s Federal Services practice.  Chris was a naval intelligence officer for twenty-five years before retiring from the Navy in 2007.  He served in a variety operational tours afloat and ashore including numerous combat deployments.  He also served as Program Manager of the Joint Deployable Intelligence Support Systems (JDISS) Joint Program Office and as the Director, Information Technology and CIO at the Office of Naval Intelligence.  After the Navy, Chris worked with both large and small companies in the federal services sector.

Chris a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and holds two masters degrees including a master of science in information systems management, and a master of arts in national security and strategic studies.
